What You’ll Do • Coordinate catering services from planning to execution, ensuring seamless alignment with event goals. • Collaborate with chefs and clients to create unique, theme-appropriate menus. • Liaise with vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships. • Oversee logistics including delivery schedules, staffing, setup, service flow, and teardown. • Track budgets, control costs, and maintain high standards without compromise. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations at all times. • Be the on-site lead during events, managing teams and resolving issues efficiently. What You’ll Bring • 2–5 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or event coordination. • Proven background in medium to large-scale events. • Excellent communication and client relationship skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. • Solid knowledge of food safety practices and catering best practices. • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed. • Comfort working in dynamic, hands-on event environments. Preferred Extras • Culinary or hospitality certification. • Experience leading catering teams or managing staff. • Familiarity with various service styles—buffets, plated dinners, food trucks, VIP service. • Keen attention to detail and a high bar for food presentation and service quality.
